IronMan - will 4 miles of run every week running. 3 days per week 30 mins per day of gym. 3 days is split as 2 days of weights.

G.I.Jane - 2 days of swimming 15 mins

Ninja Girl - 2 days of steps of 5 floors and 1 day of elliptical half hour

Bankai - 4 miles of run per week . 3 times a week 20 minutes of elliptical.
